2. Fares Include

Shipboard accommodations, luxurious cabin stays, ocean transportation, meals, and on-board entertainment as specified in the selected small ship cruise itinerary.

3. Fares Do Not Include

Port charges, fuel surcharges, travel insurance, transfers, optional air/sea or land programs (unless noted), shore excursions, airport taxes, and items of personal nature such as alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, gratuities, gift shop purchases, medical services, phone calls, Wi-Fi, etc. All onboard charges are in Euros.

4. Port Charges, Fuel Surcharge and Airport Taxes

Port charges and fuel surcharges are in addition to the cruise fare and must be paid at the time of final payment.

5. Guarantee of Fares

Guests with confirmed bookings under deposit, or who have made final payment, are protected in the event of a price increase, except in cases of major currency fluctuations, exceptional fuel cost rises, or new governmental taxes. Blue Voyage Trips reserves the right to increase prices for new bookings without prior notice.

6. Single Supplement Rates

For single occupancy cabin reservations, a 30% to 75% single supplement applies, depending on the cruise program. Single cabin availability is capacity controlled.

7. Deposit and Payment

A 25% deposit per person is required to secure a booking within 7 days. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or bank transfer. Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.

8. Administrative Charges

A fee of 50 GBP/€60/$75 applies for any booking changes, including both cruise and pre/post land packages. Additional costs incurred due to land arrangements are the passenger’s responsibility. Changes cannot be made within the penalty period.
