Every route we offer is open for private charters. It is recommended to consult with a member of the Blue Voyage team before selecting your route as they can provide valuable insights into which cruise path best fits your group. Please be aware that the itinerary of the cruise is contingent upon mutual agreement between the parties involved, as well as the ports designated for boarding and disembarking

Indeed, Blue Voyage Trips highly recommends securing your reservations in advance, particularly during the high season. Cabin cruises and private charters have gained immense popularity, leading to instances where our bookings can fill up for 2 to 3 weeks prior to departure. Arranging your trip ahead of time not only enhances your chances of selecting the perfect Gulet but also ensures you have a wider array of options available.

Typically, a Gulet is manned by three key crew members: a Captain, a Chef, and a Skipper. Based on the specific conditions and the Gulet's size, the number of crew members may vary, with the possibility of having one less or one additional member onboard.

Since English is not the native language for the majority of individuals in Turkey, it is likely that some crew members may not exhibit complete fluency in English. However, it is uncommon for there to be a crew member who cannot communicate in English at all. Therefore, there is no need for concern regarding communication while onboard for this reason.

Typically, meals are not part of the standard price provided for private cruises. The meal options will be discussed with you during the booking process. Usually, Farout offers a meal package in addition to the Gulet rental. This package generally includes three meals a day, afternoon tea, and can range from standard to deluxe options. If you prefer to bring your own food on board, we will take you shopping before you embark on the Gulet, allowing you to purchase your own provisions. Do keep in mind that our chef will still oversee the cooking and preparation of all meals, so if you choose this route, it may be beneficial to have a conversation with them before your departure.

For exclusive charters Blue Voyage Trips allocates a bathroom towel to each individual on board. However, you will require a towel or a lightweight sarong for comfort on the sun beds during sunbathing and relaxation. Using a sarong is beneficial as it shields the sunbeds from salt water and sunscreen damage.

Indeed, you are allowed to bring your own beverages for your private cruise. You would be responsible for all shopping and replenishing of the bar as the cruise progresses. On the other hand, if bringing your own drinks is not your preference, we can provide a drink request form for you to indicate your groups preference and we will ensure the bar is stocked accordingly and at fair prices. Please confirm your chosen drink option at the time of booking so we can be adequately prepared.

Your selection of Gulet/Yacht is entirely your decision. Blue Voyage Trips offers standard Turkish gulets which may lack air-conditioning, or for an additional fee, you can opt for a boat equipped with air-conditioning. The Gulet choice and any extra features are entirely yours to determine.
