Your tickets and/or itinerary will be provided once payment has been processed and your booking is confirmed by Blue Voyage Trips. An itinerary will only be dispatched if you have arranged a tour such as Gallipoli & Troy, Cappadocia, or multiple excursions. For cruises, airport transfers, and lodging, the ticket confirmation you receive is adequate. After payment is completed, you cannot modify your bookings via Booking Manager. Should your circumstances change and you need to postpone or alter your booking, you must reach out to us directly through email. Additional charges may apply. It is important to understand that during peak season, we occasionally reach full capacity two to three weeks prior to sailing, making early reservations crucial before the busy season begins

When you arrange your trip with Blue Voyage, it benefits us to know if you have a preference for a twin, double, or shared cabin. Cabin configurations may differ depending on the vessel. Some of our boats feature only double rooms, while others may include a combination of doubles, twins, or even triples that offer one large double bed and a single bunk. Certain boats also come equipped with quad cabins. We will always aim to fulfill your cabin preference, but sometimes it is beyond Blue Voyage Trip's control due to the specific boat scheduled for your cruise date. Nonetheless, we assure you that every cabin includes a private bathroom and a hot shower. If you are journeying alone, you will share a cabin with another solo traveller unless the boat is at full capacity. For those who desire their private cabin, this option is available, although a single supplement fee will apply. Remember that during the busy summer cruising season, many people opt to sleep on the deck beneath the stars rather than in their cabins!

Most of our patrons hail from English speaking nations; nevertheless, we also welcome individuals from various European and Asian countries. Currently, there is no single dominant nation that participates in our cruises; we typically attract guests from diverse corners of the globe.

Typically, there are three to five crew members assigned to each Gulet, comprising a Captain, a Chef, and a Skipper. Depending on various factors such as the size of the Gulet and prevailing conditions, the number of crew members may vary, potentially resulting in one fewer or one additional member on board.

Given that English is not the native language for the majority of individuals in Turkey, it is likely that not every crew member will have perfect fluency in English. Nevertheless, it is uncommon to find a crew member who cannot communicate in English at all. Thus, you need not fret about communication issues while onboard for this reason.

Please be aware that upon receiving your confirmation ticket, a pre-departure information pack will be attached. This contains essential details regarding your upcoming cruise, including what is provided and what is not, so ensure you review this ahead of departure to avoid any unexpected surprises on the day!Key items to pack: 1) Your passports for check in. 2) Towels. Blue Voyage Trips does NOT supply bath or swimming towels. 3) Personal necessities such as sunblock and after sun lotion, mosquito repellent, seasickness medication, sunglasses, swimsuit, camera, and appropriate footwear for shore excursions and site visits. Please note - shoes are NOT permitted on the boat. 4) We do not offer cigarettes or snacks like chocolate and crisps on board, so you may bring some with you. Additionally, you can replenish your supplies at certain harbours along the journey. Important: You are NOT allowed to bring any beverages on board, water included (see further details below).What is included?Accommodation in a cabin with a private bathroom, three meals daily plus afternoon tea, all Gulet taxes, port fees and charges, as well as harbour departure documentation, bed linen.What is not included?Beverages, entrance fees, extra excursions like water sports or other activities offered, tips for the crew, bath and swimming towels, snacks.

Please be aware that towels are not supplied on the vessel for either bathroom use or swimming activities, so it is essential to bring your own. You will require one for restroom purposes, and we kindly request that you also bring an additional towel or light sarong to utilize on the sun loungers while basking in the sun and relaxing. Employing a sarong assists in safeguarding the loungers from the sunscreen and salt that may be on your skin.
