Welcome to Blue Voyage Trips Ltd. By accessing or booking through our website (www.bluevoyagetrips.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. About Us

Blue Voyage Trips Ltd specializes in gulet holidays, small boat tours, accommodation, transfers, and tailor-made travel experiences in Turkey, Greece, Croatia, and other destinations. With years of experience in the industry, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, memorable holidays for our clients.

2. Contract

A Contract When you make a booking with us, your contract will either be direct with Blue Voyage Trips (in which case we act as a principal) or with our third party partner (in which case we will act as an agent). In either event, please ensure that you read the booking terms carefully, and check that all the details on the booking form / charter agreement are complete and accurate, before you sign and send us the booking form / charter agreement. If you think that there is a mistake or require any changes, please contact us to discuss. We cannot accept any responsibility for mistakes or incorrect information that you do not tell us about; however we will do our best to correct any mistakes as long as we are notified. Any costs incurring as a result of you providing incorrect information must be met by you. We will confirm any changes in writing to avoid any confusion between you and us. The contract will exist between you and Blue Voyage Trips Ltd when we confirm your booking and receive the deposit. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

3. Booking Process

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 months before departure.

Bookings made within 2 months of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided (names, passport details, etc.) is accurate.

4. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, you must notify us in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.

5. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to your holiday if necessary. If significant changes occur (e.g., change of destination, dates, or boat type), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer:

An alternative holiday of equal or higher value, or A full refund.

6. Cancellations

By You:

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply:

More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.

30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost.

By Us:

Blue Voyage Trips may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather,insufficient bookings, safety concerns). In such cases, we will do our best to offer a full refund or alternative arrangements. We make every effort to avoid cancellation from our side. In exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to ‘events outside our control’, we may have to cancel a booking you have made. For this reason we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, in which case we will offer you an alternative holiday of the same or similar quality or a full refund of your booking. An ‘event outside our control’ means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, actions of local and national governments, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. Some of the holidays we offer may require a minimum number of bookings to go ahead (e.g. tours and cabin charters). If we do not receive the minimum number of bookings for a particular holiday or tour we reserve the right to cancel this particular holiday or tour. If we do so our clients who booked a place in the cancelled tour or holiday will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and their payments made for the cancelled holiday or tour will be fully refunded.

Changes to your booking

Changes by You:

Although we try our best to accommodate any changes requested by our clients, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to meet such requests. Any alteration request that you make is subject to availability. Please be aware that any change to your booking may result in changes in the price of your booking and you will be liable to pay any additional amounts. Any changes to the dates of your contracted booking shall be deemed a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation charges, and you will need to rebook with the new dates.

Changes by Us:

Except where otherwise expressly stated in this contract conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. Examples of changes: A change on your route (partially or entirely) due to severe weather conditions on the route you selected or for reasons beyond our control, a change on your selected catering option due to availability..

7. Visas, Passports, and Health

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for your destination.

You must meet all health requirements, including vaccinations and medical clearances, if applicable.

We strongly recommend you consult your doctor for health advice before travel.

8. Health, Safety, and Medical Issues

You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking.

You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to travel.

9. Special Requirements

We aim to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary, mobility, or cabin preferences). Please notify us at the time of booking, and we will confirm availability.

10. Client Conduct

All clients are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and crew members. Unacceptable behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

11. Information on Our Website and Marketing Material

We strive to ensure all descriptions, prices, and images on our website and promotional material are accurate. However, changes or errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct these before confirming your booking.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Data Protection

We will only share your personal data with suppliers (e.g., boat operators, hotels) for the purpose of fulfilling your booking.

14. Transfer of Data Overseas

As part of our operations, your data may be transferred to suppliers located outside the UK/EU. By booking with us, you consent to this transfer.

15. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please contact us for assistance.

17. Limitation of Our Liability

We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., boat operators, hotels) and cannot be held liable for their actions or omissions.

Our liability is limited to the cost of your booking.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

18. Complaints

If you encounter an issue during your holiday, please notify us immediately to resolve the matter. Complaints after your trip must be submitted in writing within 14 days of return.

19. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
